Finance Committee

        The Finance Committee consists of dedicated members reflecting specific expertise related to finance or business. It is responsible for:

   I) Ensuring First Presbyterian Church Hammond's (FPCH) financial assets are managed responsibly (receiving and disbursing) to fulfill the values outlined in FPCH's Vision Statement;

   2) Appointing an Investment Subcommittee responsible for reviewing – with approved investment managers - trust investment asset allocations;

   3) Taking the lead along with the pastor in an annual stewardship campaign,

instilling within the congregation the Christian discipleship of financial giving — a response to God's bounteous grace; and

   4) Preparing annually a budget - subject to monthly review - that is aligned

with FPC-H's Vision statement.
