Cistern Project—Mexico Our church supports the Cistern Project in Xpujil, Mexico. Mission teams travel to Mexico to bring financial support and manpower for Missionary Todd Luke. Without a storage system for fresh drinking water, the residents of this area would be without through the long dry period. In addition to the mission trip, First Presbyterian hosts a Mexican Fiesta where church members and members of the community can enjoy a night of Mexican Cuisine, music and fellowship. All of the funds collected from this event goes toward the mission project. Food of the Month Program

to everyone who has given to the Community Service Committee’s “Food of
the Month” program which benefits Tangi Food Pantry. There is a
bin in the narthex for collecting food items each month. |
